Pilots who fly them Require extreme training.You also need a very stron Glutious Maximus and Thighs so you dont let the blood drain away from your brain while in extreme G force.

Air force Jet Pilot Traing (J.P.T) Requires Extreme physical capabillity's. Especially in the legs. You must be able to squeeze your legs so hard that you cut off your blood circulation so you dont loose blood from your brain. You also need to have giant lung's and perfect
